Mr. Abhinandan Lodha founded The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) in 2020, India’s largest branded land developer, revolutionising real estate transactions through security, technology, transparency, and convenience. HoABL specialises in New Generation Land™, offering a completely hassle-free virtual experience which probably is a first, globally.

HoABL has swiftly gained prominence by focusing on plotted developments in key locations where the governments are focused on quality infrastructure, offering a seamless and transparent experience to investors and homebuyers alike.

In just four years, HoABL has delivered over 352 acres of developed land and has another 900 acres under active development. The company has expanded its footprint across prime locations such as Alibaug, Anjarle, Ayodhya, Dapoli, Goa, Khopoli, Nagpur, and Neral in Maharashtra with upcoming developments in —Amritsar, Khopoli, Nagpur, Shimla, Varanasi, and Vrindavan.

With plans to be in 48 cities nationwide, HoABL is tapping into the growing demand for plotted developments driven by existing and upcoming infrastructure projects and the appeal of tourist destinations. Group Head – Strategy, Incubation & Transformation

Pritam has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry which he spent championing multifarious roles spanning Business Development, Marketing, Business Strategy and Consulting.

He was the founder-member of Xanadu Realty and has also used his deep expertise of luxury brands and consumer dynamics.

He specialises in deal structuring, product management, brand management, new product development, communication development, process improvement, business development, and marketing and advertising.

ASHOKKUMAR TIWARI

Group Finance Controller

Ashok is a highly experienced and qualified CA with nearly two decades of experience in accounts and finance, particularly in the Venture capital, Real estate, NBFC, and Edu-tech sectors. He has a proven track record of driving cost optimization, process improvement initiatives, strengthening controls, and automating processes.

Ashok is passionate about helping startups and small businesses succeed. He has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing these businesses, and he is skilled at providing the financial and operational support they need to grow. At Abhinandan Ventures, he is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the firm, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, accounting, and reporting.

KIRAN PRASAD IVATURI (IK)

Group Chief Human Resource Officer

Kiran, affectionately known as IK, is a dedicated HR professional renowned for enhancing business value and fostering fulfilling employee careers. Armed with a Master’s in Human Resources from IMT-Ghaziabad, and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from GEC, JNTU – Hyderabad, IK embodies a blend of strategic insight and technical prowess.

With about two decades of experience, his proficiency spans HR strategy, business partnership, organisational development, talent management, acquisition, employee engagement, rewards, and operations. His versatile background encompasses FMCG, pharma, and telecom sectors, showcasing adeptness in dynamic, high-paced settings requiring exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills.

ARAVIND BALAJEE

Group Head – Legal & Compliance

Aravind is a highly-experienced lawyer with expertise on M&A and financing transactions, disputes, commercial contracts, and compliance.

He has diverse work experience across industries and geographies, including the Adani Group & the Tata Group, and at eminent law firms in India, New York, and Singapore.

He has a master’s degree in law from Harvard Law School and a law degree from NLSIU, Bengaluru, from where he graduated with two gold medals.

SANDEEP SAXENA

Chief Investment Officer

A seasoned finance professional with a career spanning over 30 years, Sandeep has been a part of marquee companies such as A.F. Ferguson & Co (erstwhile Deloitte) and Jet Airways.

In these esteemed organisations, he has held various stints across functions and has many achievements to his name.

Sandeep has also won accolades for his outstanding role in key fund-raising rounds, foreign exchange risk management, financial accounting, taxes, and treasury.

President – Corporate Communications

With nearly four decades of experience in corporate communications, Mahesh has been a part of the phenomenal success story of HDFC Ltd and all its Group Companies.

Over the course of his distinguished 38-year career, he has been a trailblazer in Media Relations and oversaw various aspects of Corporate Communications, including Content Development, Brand Communications, Advertising, Media Planning & Buying, Direct Marketing, Events, Market Research, Print Production, and Promotional & Marketing support for HDFC and all its Group companies.
